We operate on a strict privacy-first basis.

• We do not collect personal data.
• We do not track your usage.
• We do not use cookies or analytics SDKs.
• We do not have any servers that receive data from the App.

The App is designed to function primarily offline. Internet access is required only for processing and validating in-app purchases.

2. Permissions

Microphone

The App requires access to your device’s microphone solely for the purpose of the Tuner functionality.

• The audio data is processed locally on your device in real-time to detect pitch.
• This audio data is never recorded, saved, or transmitted to us or any third party.

3. Payments

The App is free to download and use. It offers an optional “Pro” version available as an In-App Purchase via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• All financial transactions are handled directly by the respective platform (Apple or Google).
• We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or payment history.
• We use RevenueCat as a service provider to manage purchase infrastructure. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts to validate your purchase but does not access your personal financial details.
• The store owners may collect data regarding your purchase as described in their own privacy policies:

4. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any data, our App is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
